The good new is that learning to improve speaking skills without having to re-learn grammar can be done in several ways:
1) Practice role-play scenarios in group settings. One of the keys to becoming a fluent English speaker is forcing yourself to actually use English. Being outside the comfort zone trains your mind and activates your English speaking skills. Furthermore, it gives learners direct exposure in understanding vocabulary use, accents, and pronunciation.
2) Preparing industry specific vocabulary and putting it into use. The larger your vocabulary bank is, the easier you will be to communicate your ideas. A well-trained teacher can provide a wider meaning to all the vocabulary terms and applications in the work environment. By increasing your word comprehension, you can enhance your memorizing capability when facing new terms.
3) Reading articles aloud and recording voice. Reading out loud is like training to play football: it takes the same path from being a beginner to being an expert. Scientifically, when learners speak out loud (and listen to themselves), speaking becomes easier because the oral muscles remember how to form the sounds. This process activates both the visual and auditory parts of brain muscles.
4) Learning through mistakes (and not focusing too much on grammar). Every fault and failure actually leads to development becasue, as the quote says “Great losses are great lessons”. Therefore, every learner is encouraged to make as many grammar mistakes as possible and to learn from them.
