What should you start working on first?

The conclusion.

As stated before, you should always start with your conclusion which focuses you on the bottom line. When it comes to slide design you should do the same. Remember, you can always change the conclusion later on as you add more details to you presentation. The objective is to always have some form of a conclusion in your mind.

What’s next?

It’s introduction. This sets the tone of your presentation and is critical to get right so the audience doesn’t get bored. Again you need to spend your energy here first. There is no point to lose the audience and hope they will see your cool content 45 minutes later into the presentation.
